By engaging our services, you agree to:
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in booking errors, cancellations, or financial penalties for which the Agency cannot be held liable.
The Agency earns commissions directly from travel suppliers (cruise lines, resorts, airlines, and other vendors) for bookings made on your behalf. These commissions are included in the standard pricing set by the supplier and do not represent an additional cost to you.
You will never pay more by booking through us than you would by booking directly with the supplier.
Our travel planning and advisory services are provided at no additional charge to the Client. We do not charge consultation fees, planning fees, or booking fees.
Deposits, installment payments, and final payments are made directly to the travel supplier according to their published payment schedule. The Agency will notify you of all payment deadlines. Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits, as determined by the supplier.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to your travel plans after booking. Changes are subject to supplier availability and policies. Some modifications may incur fees imposed by the supplier, which will be communicated to you before processing.
Cancellation policies are determined by each individual travel supplier (cruise line, resort, airline, etc.). Refund eligibility, cancellation fees, and timelines vary by supplier and are governed by their terms and conditions. The Agency will inform you of applicable cancellation policies at the time of booking.
The Agency does not charge its own cancellation fee. However, commissions already earned and paid by suppliers may not be recoverable in all cases.
Suppliers may modify itineraries, pricing, schedules, or cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the Agency will promptly notify you and assist with alternative arrangements or refund processing as permitted by the supplier.
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and travel suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control any cruise line, airline, hotel, resort, or other travel service provider. The terms, conditions, and quality of travel services are the sole responsibility of the applicable supplier.
The Agency plans and books your travel. The travel experience itself — including the cruise, onboard services, accommodations, excursions, schedules, and any changes to them — is provided and controlled by the cruise line or other supplier. Any issues arising during travel are resolved with the applicable supplier under their terms, and the Agency will assist you in working through them where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for:
